Jeep Grand Cherokee 2009 Saudi Arabia Prices & Specs

The Grand Cherokee was all-new for the 2006 model year, and for 2008, it has been updated with a new front end, HID headlights with integrated turn lenses and new 17-inch and 18-inch wheels. Interior updates include a new centre console and a four-gauge instrument cluster with LED illumination. The new base engine is a 3.7-litre V6. It also continues with an upgraded 4.7-litre V8, a carryover 5.7-litre Hemi V8 and an SRT-exclusive 6.1-litre V8. Cloth upholstery is standard, as are power windows, power locks with remote keyless entry, eight-way power driver's seat, CD audio, driver information center, 60/40 split folding rear seat, and available parking sensors. All models offer full-time four-wheel drive, with low-range gearing. Higher models get leather upholstery, Boston Acoustics six-speaker six-CD changer and MP3 capability, power adjustable pedals, power front seats, rain-sensing automatic wipers, electrochromic rearview mirror, tyre pressure monitor with display, adjustable roof rack crossrails, and more. The fancy Overland model adds real wood accents on the doors and console, two-tone leather and ultra-suede seats, leather-covered console and armrest, reverse-parking sensor and more. The rocket-like SRT-8 gets stiff suspension for the road, but gives up its off-road ability. Safety features include a stability system with roll mitigation, ABS brakes with brake assist, traction control, and numerous airbags.
