Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class 2016 Saudi Arabia Prices & Specs

The third generation Mercedes-Benz SLK Roadster received a redesign for the 2012 model, with the front end looking more like their SLS model. The range starts with the SLK 200 and SLK 250, both with two 4-cylinder 1.8-litre turbocharged units. Then comes the SLK 350 with a 3.5-litre V6 and finally a high-powered SLK 55 AMG model fitted with a naturally aspirated 5.5-litre V8 engine. Only the SLK 200 gets the six-speed manual, while the rest of the models is mated to a seven-speed automatic. The traditional mechanically folding hardtop continues in the SLK, with this time having the option of combining it with a panoramic glass roof. Standard equipment include automatic engine start/stop function, driver and passenger front airbags, ABS, acceleration skid control(ASR), electronic stability control (ESP), cruise control and radio with AUX/USB support. Optional extras include steering wheel with shift paddles, parking sensors, LED daytime running lights, rain sensor, headlamp cleaning system, Harmon Kardon surround sound system, navigation, memory seats and AMG bodykits. The SLK 55 AMG has a cylinder deactivation system, which switches off four cylinders to achieve impressive fuel economy numbers.
