The Traverse is a crossover wagon that combines car-like handling with the utility of a 4WD wagon, offering three rows of seating for up to eight passengers. The design consists of polished aluminium roof rails, projector beam headlights, LED taillights and a rear spoiler. It has a 3.6-litre V6 with variable valve timing, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and an optional all-wheel-drive system with no low range. The interior features a "low and away" instrument panel and a Smart Slide second-row feature allows easier access to the third row.
