Kia Mohave 2014 Overview
Big and conservative, the Kia Mohave is supposed to strengthen Kia's "family" SUV line-up and brand image in the world market. With a 3.8-litre V6 engine mated with the 6-speed automatic transmission, the Kia Mohave is characterized by fully-independent air suspension and its various safety systems, including the ABS brakes, electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), brake assist, stability control, traction control, and front and side airbags. Furthermore, the Mohave is equipped with Downhill Assist Control, keeping the vehicle's speed steady while going down straight and strong slopes, while a Hill-Start Assist Control is also available. The Mohave comes with a 600W stereo with six-CD changer, seven-seater capability, cloth or leather trim, DVD player, reverse camera and all the usual power accessories. The Mohave rides on a truck-like body-on-frame platform and comes with four-wheel-drive and low-range gearing, which allows it to be classified as an off-road vehicle by default.
