The Hyundai Azera fills the gap between the mid-size Sonata and the luxury Genesis sedan. It has been completely overhauled for the 2018 model year. The new Azera, known as Grandeur in Korea, comes with a 3.5-litre V6 engine, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. In 2021, it got a significant facelift to align itself with the new corporate design first seen in the 2020 Sonata.
