Nissan X-Trail 2023 Overview

A new generation Nissan X-Trail debuted in the GCC in 2023. Featuring a completely revised exterior and interior, it gets a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine mated to a CVT gearbox. In the 2023 Nissan X-Trail S, the base model trim is front-wheel-drive, but all other trim levels, SV and SL, are all-wheel-drive with an electronic 4x4 lock feature. There's a choice of 5-seater and 7-seater layouts. Standard features in the 2023 Nissan X-trail include power windows, power steering, electric mirrors, black/gray fabric seats, keyless entry with central locking, manual A/C with rear vents, AM/FM radio with CD/USB/AUX, Bluetooth, two 12-volt DC power outlets, 4 speakers, cruise control, rear parking sensors, auto headlights, LED headlamps and taillamps, daytime running lamps and 17-inch alloy wheels. The Nissan X-Trail SV models get additional fog lamps, panoramic roof, roof rails, dual-zone automatic AC, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, 8-inch colour touchscreen, 8-speakers, rearview camera, power driver's seat and 18-inch alloy wheels. The higher SV trims get a bigger 12.3-inch screen with navigation, Bose audio system, motion-activated power liftgate, and more safety features. The Nissan X-trail SL mode boasts an additional leather interior, power front-passenger seat, digital rearview mirror, heads-up display, and ProPilot assist. Standard safety features in the 2023 Nissan X-Trail S include driver and passenger airbags with side airbags, ABS brakes, traction control, stability control, tyre pressure monitor, and hill-start assist. The X-Trail SV and SL model gets additional Forward Collision Warning, Forward Emergency Braking (I-FEB) with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Departure Prevention, Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Blind Spot Intervention and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA). Also, the Pro-Pilot system in the SL trim assists in keeping the car centred when using adaptive cruise control and aids driving in traffic conditions.
