Porsche Boxster 2020 UAE Prices & Specs

The Porsche Boxster has been completely revamped for 2012 in almost all aspects, with a new exterior design that doesn't rely on leftover 911 parts like before. Rebadged in early 2016, the '718' Boxster have engines that have been downsized to 4-cylinder turbocharged motors, with a choice of 6-speed manual or 7-speed "PDK" automanual. The standard Boxster gets a turbocharged 2.0-litre motor, while the Boxster S gets the turbocharged 2.5-litre unit. Also, the front fascia has been updated with a new headlight design and longer cooling intakes. The 2-seater Boxster comes standard with an insulated power soft-top, 18-inch wheels, HID headlights, power windows, keyless entry and not a whole lot else. Everything else costs extra, with a choice of options such as 19-inch and 20-inch wheel designs, special paint colours, various leather seat styles and upholstery options, cabin trim materials, Bose stereo, CD/DVD changer, multimedia system with navigation and Bluetooth, keyless start, power-folding mirrors, parking sensors, wind deflector and even coloured wheel-caps. Further optional features include speed-sensitive power steering, ceramic brakes, Porsche Torque Vectoring system with mechanically-locking rear differential, Sport Chrono package with launch control, and a variable sports exhaust system. Standard safety features include front and side airbags, fixed roll hoops, ABS, stability control and optional tyre-pressure monitor.
