Volkswagen Beetle 2019 UAE Prices & Specs

The Volkswagen Beetle, which has been around since 2012 in other countries, made its debut in the GCC as a 2015 model. It remains the same for 2018. It is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, mated to a 6-speed DSG automatic transmission. The latest generation Beetle breaks free of the geometry of the previous model and has an extended bonnet, sharply swept-back windscreen and a longer wheelbase. Modified interior ergonomics have produced an improved feeling of space with its longer roof section. Features include power steering, power windows, electric mirrors, radio with CD/MP3/USB support, parking sensors, manual A/C, fabric seats, central locking with keyless remote, anti-theft system, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and 17-inch alloy wheels. Optional equipment include Xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights and up to 19-inch alloy wheels. In 2016, the Beetle R-Line model was added to lineup.For the exterior, the Beetle R-Line front fascia features bigger air intakes in the bumper, while the rear gets a lower diffuser and large spoiler. It also gets 20-inch "Monterey" alloy wheels to complete the look. Inside, it gets two-tone cloth sport seats, a multi-function leather-wrapped steering wheel with R-Line badging and a set of sport gauges mounted on the top of the centre console, along with R-Line door entry sills. Other standard options on the Beetle R-Line include panoramic sunroof, xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, touch screen, Bluetooth and USB connection.
