2009 Dodge Tourney unveiled in USA

Dodge is desperate for a hit now, since their only moneymaker, the Charger, is starting to be shunned in America due to rising oil prices. So they came up with the Tourney, a crossover styled so safe that it can disappear in the background even though it is brand new.

It uses the exact same engines as the Dodge Avenger and the Chrysler Sebring, and comes wiht optional all-wheel-drive. These include the 173 hp 2.4-litre four, the 186 hp 2.7-litre V6 and the 235 hp 3.5-litre V6.

Other features include a third-row seat, side-curtain airbags and optional 19-inch wheels.
