Renault Koleos winner in Dubai raffle by Renault GCC

Nicholas Guiochet, General Manager-Marketing, Renault GCC, handed over the keys to a brand new Renault Koleos to Nabila Abdulla. The Bahraini national was the lucky winner of a special promotion held by Renault during last month’s repetitive F1 Roadshow, which was held at The Dubai Mall in the UAE.

Mrs. Abdulla is soon to become a mother and speculates that her imminent arrival wielded a special influence that helped her to come up trumps in the draw for the newly launched 4×4 crossover vehicle.

“I was extremely happy when I heard that I had won the car,” she said, speaking yesterday. “I had gone to Dubai Mall to purchase something for my unborn child and feel that my baby was lucky for me.” she added. “I am driving the Renault Koleos already and its a great car. It has great options and is not like most other cars – I am extremely happy to have won it.”

The Renault Koleos is powered by a 2.5-litre, 170 hp powerplant and has a number of enhancements that have been designed to combine the benefits of a saloon car with the advantages of an SUV.

“The launch of the Renault Koleos in the UAE and across the GCC was an important step for us as now our line-up is complete. Customers can now choose from a full range of models from sporty hatchbacks to sedans and now our first 4×4,” said Mohamed Bennani, Managing Director of Renault GCC. “I am sure Nabila and her family will enjoy the Koleos’ versatility and we are confident that it will do well across the GCC.”

The Korean-built Renault Koleos is on sale at all Arabian Automobiles showrooms in Dubai and Al Masood Automobiles outlets in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
