Ali & Sons is now UAE Skoda dealer
Ali & Sons Co. L.L.C. – one of the UAE’s leading commercial powerhouses and suppliers of premium automotive brands – has acquired sole dealership rights to distribute Skoda throughout the UAE.
This brings to four the number of brands backed by Ali & Sons Co. L.L.C. Motors Division. Other prestige brands distributed by the Group’s automotive arm, via dealerships in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, comprise Audi, Volkswagen and Porsche.
Ali & Sons obtained the sole licence from Autostar Trading to supply Skoda through two dedicated showrooms in Abu Dhabi and Dubai respectively.
Skoda, considered one of the toughest and most reliable auto brands across the globe, is a subsidiary of the worldwide auto giant Volkswagen Group. The Group is the largest car manufacturer in Europe and also the custodian of brands such as Audi, Bentley, Bugatti and Volkswagen.
His Excellency Ali Bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri, Chairman of the Ali & Sons Group, said, after a signing ceremony that clinched the transaction, the Group’s motor division has grown from humble beginnings in 1987 to one that is now synonymous with trained, highly experienced sales staff who are complemented by state of the art service equipment and skilled technicians.
“These characteristics of the Ali & Sons Motor Division will be transferred seamlessly to our latest partner, Skoda.”
Mr. Al Dhaheri said he was positively excited about the Skoda transaction and saw the partnership as one that guaranteed mutual growth. “We are committed to long-term partners who share common values,” he added.
Said Mr. Ahmed Bin Ali Al Dhaheri, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Ali & Sons Group: “As a Group we are on the move and believe that strengthening ties with existing business associates while constantly seeking new viable partnerships will help us produce results of unparalleled value.
“I also believe that this strategy will help us attain our vision for Ali & Sons which is to complement economic development of the United Arab Emirates while also becoming a chief principal in its future.
“We are always striving not only to provide clients and partners with superior products and services, but also to present them with a range of choice available globally,” he concluded.
