Pay for the Rolls-Royce Phantom Hearse with your life

The best way to go six-feet-under is on a 23-feet Rolls-Royce Phantom Hearse, so they say. This special edition will be revealed at the Tan Expo funeral home show in Bologna, Italy.

The custom Hearse’s wheelbase exceeds that of the long-wheelbase version of the Phantom sedan. The designers have retained the rear doors for more live passengers while incorporating a larger rear cargo bay for the departed.

As per the coach manufacturer, Biemme Special Cars, the vehicle’s tail is constructed entirely of aluminium using over 600 parts. It is powered by the same 453 hp 6.75-litre V12 engine found in the standard Phantom, with peak torque figure rated at 720 Nm. Biemme SC hasn’t put a price tag on the car yet, but the speculated cost is in the vicinity of €500,000, or about Dhs 2,400,000.
