2013 Dodge Charger AWD to get Sport package
So all Dodge Chargers cannot do a burnout. We are talking about the Dodge Charger all-wheel-drive version. Dodge is now offering a Sport package for the AWD models, to make it a more attractive proposition for customers.
The Charger AWD model is not sold in the UAE yet. It is available already in the U.S for both the SXT and R/T versions. Now a AWD Sport pack is being offered, which gives the Charger some visual upgrades such as a new glossy black grille, new 19-inch rims and a different rear spoiler. Inside, a new Beats Audio Technology system is added, so as expected, more speakers, more amplifiers, more woofers etc.
Performance-wise, the 8-speed automatic transmission in the 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 gets slight tweaks to give it a more aggressive sport setting. Also it gets a new dual exhaust and cold air induction system, which bumps up the power to 300 hp, up 8 hp from the regular V6.
There has been no news yet if the Dodge Challenger AWD will make it to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and other GCC countries.
Keep track of the latest prices and updates in the Dodge Charger buyer guide.
