Honda Crosstour 2013 facelift drops Accord name
The 2013 Honda Crosstour has just been launched in the UAE as well as the GCC. Aside from the obvious frontal facelift, the “Accord” name has been dropped from its badge.
Aside from the full frontal makeover and other minor external-trim updates, other changes include an all-new interior derived from the new Accord sedan, better rear visibility with reshaped headrests and a rear camera, optional “LaneWatch” blind-spot camera, keyless entry with starter button, and new paint colours.
The only available engine is an “Earth Dreams” 3.5-litre V6, now with 6 more horses for a total of 277 hp, and mated to a 6-speed automatic with paddle-shifters. All-wheel-drive, 18-inch alloys and a slightly-raised suspension are also standard.
There are two trim levels, EX and Touring, with both versions getting dual-zone a/c, touchscreen stereo, rear camera, Bluetooth, USB port, power front seats and other features. The higher grade gains extras such as HID headlights, memory seats, leather, navigation, blind-spot camera and more.
Prices should be close to the outgoing model.
Keep track of updates soon in the Honda Crosstour buyer guide.

drove this stateside. Nice concept, but the slanting roofline makes rearward visibility a nightmare, especially while making last minute lane changes or reversing out at malls on Friday
Thankfully they introduced a backup cam as standard, which helps a little. Its upscale cousin- the Acura ZDX is even worse in this area.

The BMW GT is hideous .. this Honda crosstour, IMO, can be more related to BMWs X6

^^^ The sort of people who want the benefits of a Sedans road handling and a compact SUVs space + very light offroading abilities blended into one vehicle
