2015 Skoda Fabia revealed ahead of Paris debut
The Skoda Fabia is finally getting a change with the new generation model set to debut at the 2014 Paris Motor Show in October.
The 2015 Fabia will be based on the new Volkswagen Polo chassis which also debuted this year. This makes it 65 kg lighter than the previous generation.
There will be a range of 3-cylinder and 4-cylinder petrol engines available for the new Fabia. The base model gets the 59 hp 1.0-litre 3-cylinder engine, with the current top variant getting the 108 hp 1.2-litre motor.
Fans of the Fabia RS will be disappointed as rumours are there won’t be a performance model for this new generation model.
We expect the 2015 Skoda Fabia to hit the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC countries by the end of the year.
Keep track of the latest prices and updates in the Skoda Fabia buyer guide.
