Applying makeup, combing while driving means Dhs 1,000 fine in UAE
The UAE Ministry of Interior has announced that people caught applying makeup or combing their hair while driving will be fined.
According to Khaleej Times, Colonel Saif Muhair Al Mazroui, Deputy Director of the General Department of Traffic of the Dubai Police said this violation would be considered as seriously as driving in a dangerous manner, and will land you a AED 1,000 fine and 12 black points. Applying makeup and combing hair while driving is more distracting than using your mobile phones, said Colonel Al Mazroui.
The fine for using a mobile phone while driving is AED 200 and 4 black points. The fine is not restricted to using a phone while the car is moving but also while waiting in signals and intersections. Using a mobile phone at a signal or an intersection can cause unnecessary interruptions to traffic flow or accidents. Think twice now before taking a selfie behind the wheel!
Colonel Al Mazroui advices to stop at a safe place to talk on the phone or talk after reaching his or her destination. He encourages the use of hands-free microphones if you want to talk on the phone while driving, but he or she should definitely not be holding the mobile in their hand.

Please ladies, keep your hands on the wheel and drive safely. Your face can wait, don’t be so make-up obsessed and put your life along with others in danger.

Is there any fine for “Eating while Driving’
Mosa
Anything that leads to your hands getting off the steering wheel – is liable to a fine, so it all depends on your luck and the cop’s mood
