Dartz proposes Mercedes-AMG GLS63 mod with leather and gold

This here is a concept by a modification outfit called Dartz. Based on a Mercedes Benz-AMG GLS 63, the Black Alligator is made exclusively for a small bunch of customers eccentric enough to adorn the interiors with alligator leather. Yes, that’s how the name came up.

It looks nothing like its donor car thanks to its fully redesigned Kevlar carbon-fibre body. If that’s not bonkers enough, a Kevlar coated titanium bullet proof body will also be created for you.

Dartz will fit in anything the customer wants in the car. To get a scale of things, a customer wanted the white gold logo on his steering wheel to be covered in 292 black diamonds and 2 rubies, and Dartz obliged. A few tackier versions of the car were made as well. The Prombron Golden Eagle and a military-ish version seen in the images are a few of them.

Powering the Prombon Black Alligator is the same 5.5-litre V8 of the GLS63 AMG that originally makes 557 hp. But Dartz worked on the engine to dish out a stratospheric 1600 hp of power and 1500 Nm of torque which gives adequate guts for this brute. Versions that come in lower states of tune are also available.

Of course, the existence of this car depends on whether anyone orders one. These photos were put out late last year, but nothing further about it has been seen since.

What do you think?

  1. But why?! Poor GLS63

  2. This is what nightmares are made of. You park one in your driveway and you probably wake up in the middle of the night with the image of your car giving you sleepless nights
