2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon Denali & Yukon XL revealed

General Motors is recalling as many as 69,000 of their 2013 full-size SUVs, pickups and vans that could shift out of “Park” by itself and roll away. The recall includes everything based on the GMT900 platform, which includes the Cadillac Escalade; the Chevrolet Avalanche, Express, Silverado, Suburban and Tahoe; and the GMC Savana, Sierra, Yukon and Yukon XL.
There isn’t much info attached to this photo released by the Dubai Police. It seems to show a heavily-modified GMC Suburban fit for almost military-grade use.

The Chevrolet Suburban is, or was, very popular in the United States and continues to be popular in GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, where the ability to carry your ten children over rugged terrain is a daily necessity. Surprisingly, the Chevrolet Suburban has been in existence for 75 long years, and GM estimates that up to 2.4 million have been built. General Motors decided to celebrate by bringing together all the iterations of the Suburban over the years for an American media jaunt, while conveniently ignoring the rebadged GMC version. General Motors is recalling 1.5 million vehicles, across their Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Hummer and other brands, because of a potential fire risk due to faulty heated windshield washer nozzles. This includes 22,500 cars in the Middle East, of which 6,000 are in the UAE.
