When we tested the Volvo XC70 crossover wagon late last year, it turned out to be one of the biggest surprises ever, as we timed it in the 0-100 kph run to be quicker than many sports cars. So if you thought that the crazy automobile recall saga had ended, you were wrong. Since our last post on the recalls earlier this year, there were an insane amount of recalls that followed, from almost every car manufacturer in the world you can ever think of, almost all of them being issued following instructions from the U.S.-based NHTSA agency. 2013 Volvo V40 R-Design debuts at Paris Motor Show


Volvo decided to use this year’s Paris Motor Show as the launchpad to release details of their latest creation, the 2013 Volvo V40 R-Design. Featuring some aggressive touches to the exterior, with an engine under the hood with enough oomph to match, the R-Design is looking to leave its mark in the sports-hatch segment.
